Who is Telemachus Press?

Telemachus Press is a "work for hire" author services company. What makes us different than a vanity press? You keep 100% of your royalties! All material that we create on your behalf belongs to you — it's your property. We store all working copies of your book (interior and cover files) on a secure FTP site where you can have access to your work 24/7. You don't need our permission to retrieve a copy of your files. We work for you.

In today’s world where cheap and easy has replaced the quality only achieved with hard work and attention to detail, Telemachus Press has distinguished itself in the eBook and Print On Demand markets. As an Internet-enabled, quality provider of all services needed by authors to produce and distribute their books, we are today’s equivalent of the Private Press Publisher. Our attention to delivering a professional-looking book in all formats – eBook, paperback and hardback – is well recognized. We create the final product for each format individually and allow you to participate in the design and review processes. Our covers are individual works of art.

With full transparency to the author, we are a for hire author services company enabling print-on-demand (POD) and eBook delivery. We typically use LightingSource Inc. (owned by Ingram Content Group) or CreateSpacr for printing and distribution so that your book can be ordered through most major and small book retailers, both domestic and international. For eBooks we distribute to Amazon, Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Apple and more.

Most important of all to us is the strong, long-term, satisfying relationships we establish with our authors.
